Job Description -

- Sales & Revenue Targets: Achieve primary and secondary monthly/annual sales targets within an assigned territory.
- Channel Management: Appoint new dealers and distributors, and maintain robust relationships to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
- Influencer Engagement: Conduct site visits,



product demonstrations, and awareness programs to influence carpenters, contractors, and furniture manufacturers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and large-scale woodworkers.
- Order & Collection: Manage inventory, process orders smoothly, and ensure timely payment collections from the channel network to minimize outstanding dues.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to adjust sales strategies and counter competition
