We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer with hands-on experience in LLMs, LangChain, and AI-driven workflows. You will work closely with senior engineers to build and improve AI systems

in production.

Key Responsibilities

- Build LLM-powered features using Azure OpenAI
- Implement LangChain chains, tools, and basic agents
- Assist in building agentic workflows (tool-use, memory, multi-step reasoning)
- Implement LLM tool/function calling for backend and ERP actions
- Write and improve prompts, structured outputs, and schemas
- Assist in building RAG pipelines and document ingestion
- Work with vector databases (FAISS / Chroma / Pinecone)
- Build APIs using Python & FastAPI
- Work with MongoDB for data access
- Add authentication, authorization, audit logs
- Deploy AI features using Azure AI Services

Required Skills





Must Have

- 1-3 years experience with Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs
- Basic to intermediate LangChain experience
- Exposure to agentic AI concepts
- RAG pipeline experience (academic or production)
- FastAPI and MongoDB basics
- Git and debugging skills

Nice to Have

- Multi-agent frameworks
- Streaming LLM responses
- AI evaluation or scoring
- Azure Speech / Voice AI
- ERP or workflow automation exposure
