Role & responsibilities

- WhatsApp updates, and take a quick overview of daily tasks.
- Reply to mails & mark same-day tasks
- Supplier follow-ups, urgent approvals, pending items & discussion with boss
- Prepare pending items list, discuss timelines, coordinate incoming supplies from suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders as per received indents and send to suppliers
- Work on received bills, attach necessary documents, get final approval from quality team, submit bills to accounts
- Plan next urgent supplies for suppliers, coordinate with transport, handle internal tasks for next day
- Note next days works, mark urgent items, prepare priority list
- Final mail replies & daily report submission
- Maintaining stock of all packaging items and regularly checking inventory
- Visiting the market occasionally for urgent items, for arranging samples like bottles , caps , pouches, pumps, boxes etc.
- Returning rejected materials to suppliers and arranging replacements
- Sending packaging materials to third-party vendors and maintaining coordination, maintaning inventory also.




- Visiting vendors personally to collect urgent supplies by hand
- Preparing and sending monthly purchase reports
- Sourcing urgent requirements quickly
- Determining reorder levels and placing timely orders
- Identifying and evaluating current vendors for cost saving.
- Tracking supplier performance (delivery time, quality, pricing)
- Verifying bills, invoices, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
- Planning material requirements with production or other departments
- Making quick decisions for urgent requirements
- Obtaining and comparing quotations from vendors
- Finalize vendors and issue purchase orders
- Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines
- Handle vendor communication through WhatsApp and email
- Procuring more than 200 Packing Materials

Any Candidate who have atleast 2 Yrs of exp in Purchase and Procurment of Packing Material
