- Conduct regular training sessions to improve vocal quality and confidence.
- Provide feedback and guidance on pronunciation, pitch, and volume control.
- Collaborate with other coaches to create customized coaching plans.
- Monitor progress and track results of coaching efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice coaching.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a voice coach, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Robust knowledge of vocal techniques and technologies.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
