- Second in line in Showroom operations
- Responsible for Recruitment, Joining, training, mentoring, grooming & development of Manpower
- All recent joining Sr. RM & RM will be part of TDMs team for first 3 months
- Conducting weekly evaluations and training sessions at dealership
- Tracking performance of Sales Manpower and handholding on improvement areas
- Assisting GM/Showroom Manager in day to day planning & operations
- MIS monitoring & trend analysis
- Responsible for tracking & achieving all MSIL incentive schemes & NEXA score card
