Role & responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and storefronts.
- Build custom Shopify sections, features, apps, and integrations.
- Work with Shopify Admin API, Storefront API, Webhooks, and third-party applications.
- Customize Shopify Plus features and checkout experiences.
- Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and overall performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth deployments.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Growth teams to launch new features and campaigns.
- Support conversion rate optimization through continuous storefront improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-4 years of Shopify development experience.
- Strong expertise in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify theme development.
- Experience with Shopify Admin API, Storefront API, Webhooks, and app integrations.
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus, Checkout Extensibility, Shopify Functions, and custom checkout development.
- Familiarity with Git, deployment workflows, website performance optimization, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to independently own projects.
- Prior experience with D2C or e-commerce brands is preferred.
