Primary Role:

To Plan, design, execute, supervision, modifications ,day to day maintenance of all type of Civil engineering works in entire Units.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To understand the requirement of the customer ,planning part, execute the work and supervise the work according to the requirement.
2. Coordination and consultation with Corporate Civil head,Unit Management Estate department, Architects,Units team and Contractor.
3. Monitoring the quality of civil work as per building norms and corporate SOP, this includes internal lab testing, field testing, exteranl lab testing.
4. Sharing and decision making for building design, parameters and approvals from unit Management.
5. Ensuring safety at site by following various safety guidelines to avoid any accidents.
6. Ensuring adequate manpower deployement as per job requirement.
7. Monitoring the Expenses of civil work as per building repair budget, capital and special revenue expenditure.
8. Sort out the daily routine issue during works.
9. Preperation of Bill of Quanitites, Estimates ,Proposal as per the site requirements.
10. Supervision and execution of civil works as per drawing.
11. Ensuring the quality of works as per technical specification received by Architects and follow the practices of indian standards norms
12. Checking of measurement and rates as per drawing , Work orders, verification at site and clearence of jobs.
13. Planning, indenting and technical involvement for Civil material procurement , their consumption,handling,



reconsilations and wastage control.
14. To fulfill the legal complainces at site.
15. To understand the necesary action during the flood in rains, any emergencies etc.
16. Communication meeting with workers and Civil contractor for safe work environment.
17. To Prepare the building drawings as per legal building permission rules and ensure the actual dimensions and updation of property taxes etc.
18. Ensure the participation and fulfill the complainces of TPM activities, safety audit , social audits and verify in time frame.
19. To ensure the work executed by civil contractor is in line and their is no grievance pending at site.
20. To control the excess wastage of civil raw material.
21. Handing over of projects / works
22. Maintain the records of different type of building warantees , ensure time to time its need and arrange vendor if any defect occurs at site
23. To provide services to worker in worker residential colony this includes their routine daily complaints as well as maintaing the building hygenic and protected.
24. To provide services to Officers in officer residential colony otuside the premises, this includes their routine daily complaints as well as maintaing the good health for building.
25. To provide services for entire units on their routine civil work, complaints, modifications etc.
26. Should have Mastery of engineering design software like AutoCAD
27. Knowledge of Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP) and risk assessment methodologies.
28. Enforce strict adherence to safety standards (HSE), environmental directives, and local building codes.
29. Captive power plant- Health monitoring, Civil work including modification , repair and Repair of Steel structures.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in industrial projects ( Preferably Textile Industry ), modifications, alterations and day to day plant maintenance

Skillset: Leadership, Decision making, Technical knowledge, Team Management, Computer proficiency and Autocad.
