Job & Shift Details:
• Job Type: Full Time
• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Voice: Day Shift Window (8 AM to 8 PM)
• Work Mode: Work From Office (Mohali)

Role & responsibilities

Technical / Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via calls (Voice) or chat (Digital) for issues related to electronic appliances, laptops, and smartphones.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria:
• BCA
• B.Tech / BE
• B.Sc IT
• Polytechnic Diploma (after 12th)
• PGDCA

Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
Positive communication skills in English & Hindi required
