Job Opening: English Subtitle Editor / Content Quality Analyst

Role: English Subtitle Editor
Experience: 1 to 6 Years (Freshers with excellent English communication can also apply)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Edit, proofread, and format English subtitles for movies and TV shows.
- Ensure subtitles accurately match the spoken audio.
- Check grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall language quality.
- Adapt subtitles for both U.S. and British English when required.
- Add notes to help translators understand cultural references and expressions.
- Use internal tools and software to edit subtitle files and manage different file formats.
- Follow client guidelines and quality standards while meeting project deadlines.
- Perform quality checks before submitting completed work.
- Report any issues or errors to the team lead promptly.
- Read and follow team updates, process documents, and work instructions.
- Maintain accuracy,



productivity, and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong listening and comprehension skills, especially for American English audio.
- Good grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Basic internet research and fact-checking abilities.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and regular attendance.
