Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and support for new product development and refinement.

- Work closely with the manufacturing team to identify and implement packaging improvements.

- Conduct rejection analysis and identify top defects using 7QC tools; implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Review and ensure customer requirements are fully met and documented.

- Identify potential risks and periodically evaluate the effectiveness of contingency plans.

- Implement current product development processes by conducting market and consumer research to identify customer needs.

- Develop and introduce new products based on consumer acceptance studies and market feedback.

- Lead project management and planning for all new product developments using APQP methodology.

- Prepare and maintain PPAP and other supporting documentation during product development stages.

- Carry out FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and in-process failure analysis to prevent quality issues.

- Evaluate product field performance and reliability; recommend and implement corrective/preventive actions.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive Customer to Concept” initiatives for new products.

- Conduct regular product design reviews and present project updates to leadership.





- Develop and manage the new product development pipeline to meet annual business growth targets.

- Ensure compliance of production and manufacturing processes with national and international standards.

- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen activities and Poka-Yoke implementation.

- Use statistical techniques and quality tools to monitor performance, analyze data, and improve efficiency.

- Identify training needs, provide technical training, and evaluate training effectiveness.

- Look for opportunities to reduce waste and enhance productivity across operations.

- Handle non-conformance reports — investigate causes, review, dispose, and communicate with customers as required.

- Drive 5S implementation and improvement across the plant; monitor and facilitate audits in respective zones.

- Maintain workplace safety and ensure adherence to company safety norms during all operations.
