Summary

- The Operations Manager will manage the day to day for all operational activities.

Essential Functions

- Lead strategy deployment for all Krypton operations concentrating on manufacturing and process engineering and leveraging lean initiatives to drive operational efficiency and financial excellence.
- Monitors and review schedules and Purchase Orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
- Monitor and implement tracking and quality control systems, analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect problems.
- Manage staffing requirements for all Krypton operations. Manage and motivate staff to achieve maximum productivity.
- Identify organizational gaps, recommend solutions, and foster cross-group collaboration.




- Provide input to customers and regulatory authorities, as needed, on all matters relating to Krypton operations.

Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field with 12+ years of combined program management, leadership, and technical experience required; or an advanced degree with 10+ years of combined production management, leadership, and technical experience required.
- Track record of demonstrating a wide range of analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and simultaneously work across multiple levels and organizational interfaces
- Lean six sigma certifications
- IPC Certification and/or knowledge is highly preferred.
