Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces for customer-facing (B2C) digital platforms. This includes the airlines website, mobile applications, and customer service tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering visually compelling and user-friendly experiences that drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and conversion.

Shape Key Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for B2C digital touchpoints, including websites and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect the end-to-end customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead – B2C, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless design integration.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback through surveys and other research methods.
- Ensure consistency across digital products by adhering to design systems and brand guidelines.

Shape Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma,



Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for B2C products and mobile-first design.
- Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs for a seamless multi-device experience.
- Hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and design optimization.
- Awareness of design trends, mobile-first approaches, and customer engagement techniques.

Shape Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a specialization in B2C digital products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
