Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and mid-to-senior level corporate positions.

- Hire across functions such as:
- Finance & Accounts
- Human Resources
- Legal & Compliance
- Sales & Marketing
- Procurement & Supply Chain
- Operations
- Strategy
- Administration
- Corporate Communications

- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build talent pipelines through headhunting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, job portals, and market mapping.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitor benchmarking for niche and leadership positions.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate interview processes with senior leadership and ensure timely feedback.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and reports.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to achieve hiring targets.
