JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization in accordance with current Valuable Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to support product quality and safety.
- Operate and clean production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Execute production processes as outlined in Line Master Records (LMRs), and verify operations to confirm accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Plan and manage production schedules for current and upcoming months, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Support internal and external audits by coordinating activities and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation.
- Perform and document in-process checks under the supervision of a team lead or supervisor to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Maintain compliance with key quality and safety standards, including cGMP, ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
- Oversee blending, packaging, and labeling of finished goods, ensuring proper handling, labeling accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
