Eagleton Golf Resort is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales & MICE Manager to drive corporate business, conferences, events, and group bookings. The role focuses on developing new corporate relationships, generating MICE business, managing key accounts, and maximizing revenue opportunities across the resort.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate corporate, MICE, conference, and group business for the resort.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through field sales, networking, and referrals.
- Develop strategic partnerships with companies, event planners, travel partners, and institutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site inspections, and resort showcases.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing corporate accounts to maximize repeat business.
- Coordinate with Operations, Banquets, Front Office, and F&B; teams for seamless event execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve revenue, occupancy, and event sales targets.

Requirements




- Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, Hospitality Sales, MICE Sales, Hotel Sales, Resort Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven experience in corporate client acquisition and account management.
- Strong network within the Bangalore corporate market is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert business opportunities.
- Solid understanding of conferences, events, banquets, and group booking processes.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
