- Develop and implement APIs using Google Apigee Edge/X.
- Create and manage API proxies, flows, and security configurations.
- Configure Apigee policies, caching, environment variables, and reusable components.
- Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and analytics capabilities.
- Set up and integrate the Apigee Developer Portal.
- Collaborate with teams to design secure and scalable API solutions.
- Participate in API connectivity, security, and platform foundation discussions.
- Support Apigee implementation projects and ensure adherence to best practices

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in Google Apigee (Edge/X) and API Management.
- Strong hands-on experience in API proxy development, security configuration, and Apigee policies.
- Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, and API lifecycle management.
- Experience with error handling, logging, monitoring, analytics, and Developer Portal integration.
- Valuable communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
