- Design, implement, and maintain Workday Core HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop customized solutions using Workday's EIB (Extensible Interfaces & APIs) framework.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure successful deployment of payroll processes in Workday.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented Workday modules.
Job Requirements :
- 5-11 years of experience in Workday Functional Consulting or related field.
- Robust understanding of Workday Core Connector architecture and its integration with other systems.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
