Founding Team Head of Growth Marketing (B2C App Growth & Digital Marketing)

About the Role

FTI is building India's first multi-faith digital ecosystem with the vision of serving over 1.45 billion people across six faith communities through technology. We are looking for a Founding Head of Growth Marketing who can build one of India's fastest-growing app ecosystems.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving app downloads, user activation, retention, App Store Optimization (ASO), community-led growth, and digital engagement across multiple faith-based mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete user growth strategy for all Faith Technologies apps.

Drive app downloads through organic and performance channels.

Build scalable App Store Optimization strategies.

Lead Play Store and App Store rankings.

Develop referral and viral growth mechanisms.

Improve activation, retention, DAU, MAU and engagement.

Execute lifecycle marketing using push notifications, email and in-app campaigns.





Work with Product teams to improve onboarding and user journeys.

Build dashboards tracking installs, retention, churn and LTV.

Lead content marketing across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and regional platforms.

Collaborate with PR, community partnerships and influencer ecosystems.

Build marketing automation and analytics capabilities.

Required Experience

8 to 12 years in B2C Digital Marketing.

Minimum 5 years scaling consumer mobile apps.

Proven success delivering 1M+ app downloads.

Deep understanding of:

Mobile Growth

Google Play Console

Firebase

GA4

Mixpanel / Amplitude

CRM & Marketing Automation

Experience with SEO and organic acquisition.

Solid analytical mindset.
