Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage procurement of raw materials including: Plastics/Rubber gaskets

• Ensure on-time availability of materials to support uninterrupted production.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.

• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key domestic and overseas suppliers.

• Evaluate vendors and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contracts.

• Handle import purchasing documentation, compliance, and coordination with CHA.

• Drive cost reduction initiatives, inventory optimization, and spend control.

• Lead supplier development programs, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Continuously improve procurement processes and systems.

• Conduct supplier visits (domestic & international) as required.

• Ensure stringent material cost control, monitoring scrap, usage, and inventory levels
