- Job Purpose & Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst with specialized operational expertise in Costing Modules (SAP CO), Cost Center Accounting, Standard Costing, and Actual Costing (CKMLCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for exact cost allocations, preparing material costing and standard vs. actual cost, executing SAP T-Codes across FI and CO modules, and maintaining rigorous internal financial controls.

- Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties Cost Allocation & Processing: Process invoices with accurate cost assignment across Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and WBS Elements. Ensure proper classification and posting of direct costs, indirect overheads, and project expenses into SAP. Resolve cost variance discrepancies between Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoices. Costing & Controlling Integration (SAP CO): Perform cost line-item analysis, cost element mapping, and cost center variance tracking. Execute cost run related activities in SAP. Preparation of material costing, standard cost vs. actual cost analysis, and actual costing execution using CKMLCP in SAP CO. SAP ERP Execution & System Mastery:



Daily execution of standard SAP T-Codes across Financials (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

- Mandatory Candidate Requirements & SAP T-Codes SAP T-Code Expertise (Mandatory): • Cost Center & Controlling (CO): KS01 / KS02 / KS03 (Cost Center), KSB1 (Cost Center Line Items), KA01 / KA02 (Cost Elements), KO01 / KOB1 (Internal Orders), CJ20N / CJI3 (WBS/Project Costing) • Reconciliation & Clearing: F.13, MR11 (GR/IR Clearing), MB51, CKMLCP (Actual Costing / Material Ledger) Domain Experience: 4 to 6 years of solid hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA CO Module with strong focus on costing and expense allocation. Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working in a 6-Day In-Office Setup at Sector 18, Gurugram.

- Qualification Profile Education: Graduate (B.Com) / Post Graduate (M.Com / MBA Finance / ICWA Inter / CMA preferred).
