Job Role

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator with 48 years of experience to manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehouse coordination, transportation management, and inventory movement. The role requires robust analytical capabilities and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth supply chain operations

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, outbound, STN (Stock Transfer Note), and inter-warehouse movements.

Manage 3PL partners, transporters, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor dispatches, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), inventory reconciliation, and returns management.





Ensure adherence to SLA/TAT targets and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational data analysis.

Coordinate effectively with production, warehouse, sales, and finance teams for seamless workflow.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

4 - 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Solid knowledge of ERP / WMS systems.

Advanced Excel proficiency, including:

Pivot Tables XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP INDEX-MATCH SUMIFS / COUNTIFS IF formulas

Conditional Formatting Charts / Dashboards Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
