About Us:
Zikrabyte Solutions is a fast-growing technology company building innovative digital products. We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can drive product development, lead engineering teams, and architect scalable solutions while contributing directly to the codebase.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Next.js).
Design scalable system architecture, APIs, and database structures.
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
Lead Agile sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities using LLM APIs and contemporary AI frameworks.
Mentor developers and support technical hiring.
Drive system reliability,



monitoring, and incident management.

Required Skills:
3+ years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in MERN Stack.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong system design and leadership skills.

Good to Have:
Next.js or React Native experience.
Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Vector Databases.
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK).
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Pub/Sub.
Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Sentry.
