- Enhance worker awareness regarding quality and encourage them to give suggestions to
- improve quality and reducing internal rejections
- Ensure that the quality policies are adhered
- Facilitate multi tasking
- Train and develop module employees
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources
- Sort out issues in the module
- Ensure production planning, inventory management, tools and process control for the module
- Knowledge in SPC tools
- Knowledge of problem solving tools
- Ensure QCC participation of team members
- Drive cost reduction projects
- Co-ordinate and facilitate training for the operators in the module.
