- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
- Take ownership of end-to-end backend development, from design to production
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous systems
- Leverage AWS services such as:
- S3 (storage)
- SQS (messaging)
- IAM policies (security and access control)
- AWS Bedrock / AI services for AI-enabled use cases
- Lead technical discussions, review designs, and conduct code reviews
- Work closely with product, architecture, and DevOps teams
- Ensure application reliability, performance, security, and scalability
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
Primary Skills (Mandatory)
- Robust hands-on experience in Java (8+)
- Experience in Python
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud
- Experience integrating or consuming AI/ML or GenAI services (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and authentication/authorization
