VPJ & Associates, Chartered Accountants, is hiring Semi-Qualified CAs & B.Com graduates in Bangalore for Accounting, GST, TDS, ROC filings and statutory compliance roles. Candidates with 13 years experience, positive communication skills preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and other accounting software.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare budgets, MIS reports, financial analyses, and management reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bills payable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and reconciliation of GSTR-2B.
- Prepare and file TDS/TCS returns, monitor statutory due dates, and reconcile TDS credits.
- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
- Conduct and assist in Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audit assignments.
- Handle ROC compliances, including incorporation, annual filings, event-based filings,



and Companies Act compliances.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients for financial records, reconciliations, statutory documents, and compliance-related information.
- Prepare replies and supporting documents for notices received from Income Tax, GST, ROC, and other regulatory authorities.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation, audit working papers, compliance checklists, and client records.
- Track statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of all client compliances.
- Stay updated with changes in Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable laws while managing multiple client assignments within stipulated timelines.

Required Candidate profile

Semi-Qualified CA or B.Com graduate with knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, ROC compliances and MS Excel. Candidates having 13 years of experience in CA firms/accounting roles will be preferred.
