- Currently pursuing graduation (college/university student preferred)
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Active on social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
- Confident in approaching and interacting with new people
- Basic knowledge of content creation (reels, posts, stories)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven workplace
- Connect with students across campus and identify potential leads interested in study abroad, immigration, or coaching services
- Generate and share a minimum number of verified student leads regularly
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel as provided
- Engage with students through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions
- Promote company content through Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Create and share social media content such as reels and stories
- Participate in marketing campaigns and engagement activities




- Bring interested students for counseling sessions (if required)
- Ensure daily reporting and activity updates
