Job Summary

CIEL HR is seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager Staffing to lead recruitment operations and manage a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have 1012 years of overall recruitment experience, including a minimum of 5 years in the staffing industry, with proven expertise in team leadership, client management, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor recruiters, drive team performance, build strong client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of quality talent while meeting business objectives.

Role & responsibilities Job Title: Recruitment Manager Staffing

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and mangers to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
- Assign job requisitions,



monitor recruiter productivity, and optimize resource utilization.
- Build and implement effective sourcing strategies for niche, volume, and lateral hiring requirements.
- Conduct regular training sessions and skill development initiatives to enhance recruiter capabilities.
- Resolve client escalations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Drive process improvements and implement recruitment best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring demand and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-centric team culture.
