About the role

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
- Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team
- Prepare / Reconcile GL to HFM system
- Working on HFM Validation during period end and prepare knowledge document for future reference
- Resolving all financial HFM related queries which includes data roll up, Inter company matching
- Eliminations, account or entity hierarchy and other HFM dimension
- Supporting colleagues on HFM related adhoc
- Monitoring HFM data load process through FDMEE, GL to HFM mapping concept and support business queries on mappings
- Prepare/Post/Reconcile P13 and P14 adjustment and support business on P13 & P14 adjustment




- Prepare/ Review all month end journals for HFM Area
- Any additional process that would be transitioned to TBS in future.
- Taking lead in resolving Legacy issues, process improvement, process changes, audit queries, peer review

You will need

1. Chartered Accountant (1-3 PQE preferred),
2. Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, UK FRS)
3. Experience in audit procedures,documentation & compliances.
4. Preferred HFM Experience
