Job Requirements

- 6 to 11+ years of experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA SD.
- Proven ability to meet SLAs, resolve high-priority tickets, and ensure timely communication and adherence to support SLAs.
- Ability to provide solutions and close system enhancement requests.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and proactively communicate challenges.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD functional configuration and support.
- Experience gathering business requirements related to sales and logistics processes.
- Ability to lead requirement-gathering workshops, present SAP standard processes, conduct system demonstrations, and recommend SAP best practices.
- Configure SAP systems, test recent functionalities, and provide ongoing support.
- Research, document, and improve business processes.
- Support cross-functional business processes within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes and integration with third-party applications.
- Coordinate with integration teams for electronic order capture, delivery, and invoicing.
- Good understanding of manufacturing business processes and domain knowledge.
- Plan and conduct customer workshops.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices, future enhancements, and standard configurations.




- Develop and modify end-user training documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve incidents and change requests while supporting the SAP S/4HANA SD module.
- Meet SLA commitments and ensure timely resolution of high-priority support tickets.
- Provide solutions and deliver system enhancements.
- Work with tools such as SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, and ServiceNow.
- Create test data, execute test scenarios, and prepare test scripts.
- Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements.
- Verify the feasibility and effectiveness of developed solutions.
- Maintain strong expertise in SAP SD functionalities and integration with other SAP modules.
- Support SD process integration with Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Ensure effective communication with business stakeholders, PMO, and client teams regarding scope, risks, and business impacts.
- Conduct project and integration review meetings and ensure development standards are followed.
- Create user training materials and deliver end-user training.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD processes including Sales, Delivery, Billing, and third-party logistics integrations.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues to ensure continuous system performance.
