Roles and responsibilities:

- Complete installation of the assigned residential sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report
- Complete material shifting
- Structure installation
- Module installation
- Earthing
- Cabling
- Inverter installation
- Civil works and civil foundations for the structure and earthing
- RMS Configuration
- Explanation of system to the client
- Maintain all SOPs such as pre and post links to be filled
- Reporting: Maintaining of files and documents related to project execution for each client and service reports
- Provide up to date daily work status report via email to reporting manager

Mandatory Requirements

- Class 12/ITI/Diploma
- 3 months Skill Development Course
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Positive oral and written communication skills

Additional Requirements





- Passion for delivering high quality results and takes complete accountability of assignments
- Willingness to learn, upskill and undertake jobs like site surveys / material inspection, if required
- Problem solving and Analytical thinking
