Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to join our growing retail banking / financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisitions for our premium range of credit cards. You will interact with potential clients, understand their financial needs, and recommend the best credit card solutions to them.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition: Pitch, promote, and sell credit cards to potential customers through direct sales, corporate visits, kiosk activities, or assigned leads.
- Lead Generation: Convert potential inquiries into sales and generate references through existing clients.
- Documentation & Compliance: Collect required documentation (KYC, income proofs) from customers, ensure accuracy, and assist them through the complete application process.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent post-sales service and explaining card features, rewards, and offers clearly.
- Market Awareness:



Stay updated on current banking policies, credit norms, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream (Any discipline).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Sales (BFSI, Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance, or Telecom sales experience is a big plus). Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Skills: * Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- Good spoken communication in English and the local regional language.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and credit cards.
- Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling sales rejections.
