Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly competent Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience to independently manage the complete unit-level accounts operations, financial reporting, statutory compliances, and working capital.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) ONLY.

- ERP Systems: Hands-on working proficiency in BOTH Tally AND SAP is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Unit Accounts Operations: Independently manage day-to-day accounts operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing processes, and ledger scrutiny.
- Reconciliations: Execute timely and accurate Customer Reconciliations, Vendor Reconciliations, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Financial Closing & Reporting: Lead monthly and annual book closures, P&L; Account preparation, expense tracking, provisions, and trial balance finalization.
- Accounting Standards: Ensure strict adherence to Indian Accounting Standards across all accounting entries and financial reporting.
- MIS & Top Management Dashboards: Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, executive dashboards,



and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) for Top Management reviews.
- Statutory Compliances: Ensure 100% compliance with GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS/TCS filing, Advance Tax, and tax audit coordination.
- Working Capital & Profitability: Monitor cash flows, optimize working capital cycles, and drive initiatives for cost reduction and profitability improvement.
- Commercial & Legal Review: Review legal contracts, vendor agreements, and commercial proposals from a financial and tax perspective.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA with 5 to 11 years of experience in core unit accounts operations.
- Must have practical working experience on BOTH Tally and SAP.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory return filings.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical ability and robust presentation skills for executive management interaction.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate / B.Com

PG: CA in CA (Mandatory)
