Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Work

- Prepare residential and commercial solar layouts using AutoCAD or ARKA.
- Analyse site conditions
- Coordinate with TATA Power technical team for design approvals and technical clarifications.
- Complete TATA QA processes and generate warranties.

Customer Communication & Onboarding

- Conduct Welcome Calls to explain payment terms, product schedule, netmeter documentation, and collect P1 details.
- Provide regular project updates to customers after checking with vendors.
- Handle WiFi configuration, basic training, and project handover.

Operations & Project Execution

- Plan overall project implementation and installation workflow.
- Schedule installation for structure and BOM (Balance of Materials).
- Follow up with vendors for structure installation, BOM installation, and punchpoint closure.
- Maintain and update site issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Track stock, leftover materials, and project inventory.
- Manage procurement, loading/unloading, transportation, and incoming material (TATA).




- Identify and onboard new suppliers for procurement needs.

Payments & Documentation

- Prepare vendor payment lists for the finance team.
- Maintain TATA portal for project execution

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD / ARKA for solar layout design
- Understanding of solar structures, fabrication, and site conditions
- Basic knowledge of solar installation workflow
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
