Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Business Loan Executives to promote Business Loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through field marketing, acquiring recent customers, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field marketing and customer references.
- Visit shops, business establishments, and MSMEs to identify loan opportunities.
- Explain Business Loan products and assist customers throughout the loan process.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.




- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Loans, Banking, NBFC, or Field Sales.
- Experience in loan sourcing or financial product sales is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
- All previous employment documents are mandatory.
- CIBIL Score must be above 650.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
