Role & responsibilities

- Plan and deliver classroom lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments.
- Supervise students during clinical postings in hospitals.
- Evaluate students through assignments, practical exams, and internal assessments.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
- Ensure compliance with the nursing curriculum and institutional policies.
- Participate in admissions, orientation, examinations, and academic activities.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, health camps, and continuing nursing education (CNE) programs.
- Promote discipline, professionalism, and ethical nursing practices.
- Coordinate with hospital staff for clinical training and student evaluation.
- Perform administrative and other academic duties assigned by the Principal or management.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (as per role requirements).
- Valid nursing registration.
- Teaching or clinical experience preferred.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
