Qualification : BE- Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

1. Components inspection against drawing.
2. Participate in current supplier selection and supplier feasibility reviews.
3. Review drawings, specifications, GD&T;, and customer requirements with suppliers.
4. Monitor and improve supplier PPM and First Time Right (FTR)
5. Develop suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
6. Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
7. Lead supplier corrective action activities.
8. Drive 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other RCA methodologies.
9. Verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Cross Functional Coordination:

1. Design Engineering

3. Procurement/Sourcing
4. Suppliers
5. Support project reviews

Manufacturing Processes:

1. Machining
2. Rounds
3. Fabrication
4. Welding
5. Casting
6. Forging
7. Assembly

Systems knowledge:

1. SAP
2. MS Excel
3. PowerPoint
4. Traveling will be 50% and Inspection to be carried out for each developed component
