Experience Requirements
- 4-10 years of SAP SD / MM / FICO/ ABAP functional consulting experience.
- Migration from ECC to Hana project experience is mandatory
- At least 1-2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in SAP SD / MM / FICO/ ABAP modules.
- Experience in rollout, support,
or migration projects.
- Experience working in consulting organizations or large SAP implementation programs.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent.
- SAP Certification is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interact with business users and senior stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Team player with the ability to work in Agile project environments.
