JOB TITLE: AREA MANAGER BRANCH BANKING

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Area Manager to lead Branch Banking operations across a designated geography. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing customer service quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving overall branch productivity. The role involves leading Branch Managers and branch teams while delivering strong results across liabilities, assets, and third-party products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve business objectives for the assigned area, meeting value, volume, and channel productivity targets.

• Drive revenue generation through CASA, Retail Assets, Trade Forex (TFX), and Third-Party Products including Insurance and Investment products.

• Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers, Operations Teams, and Sales Teams across the region

• Enhance deposit portfolio growth and deepen customer engagement across branches

• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standard.

- Plan and manage manpower effectively across branches to optimize productivity and customer service.
- Improve RM and RO channel productivity and service delivery.




- Drive superior customer experience and service quality standards across the area.
- Monitor key business and operational metrics and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Area Manager / Cluster Manager / Regional Branch Banking role.
- Proven experience in Branch Banking Operations and Retail Banking Sales.
- Robust understanding of Retail Liabilities, Assets, Trade Forex, Insurance, and Wealth products .
