Location: North Zone (Multiple Sites like CSCTPP, SSCTPP, KaTPP, PTPP, Panipat, Yamunnagar)

Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced Project Managers / Project In-charges to lead Operations & Maintenance activities across multiple sites in the North Zone. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Coal Handling Plant (CHP) and Thermal Power Plant operations with proven leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end O&M; activities at assigned sites
- Ensure efficient operation of CHP and Thermal Power Plant systems
- Manage site teams, contractors, and daily plant operations
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Monitor plant performance, efficiency, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare reports, MIS, and track KPIs
- Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and quality standards
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 1015 years in O&M; (preferably CHP / Thermal Power Plant)
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites effectively
- Must have strong experience in CHP maintenance, including: Conveyors, crushers, wagon tippler, Stacker reclaimer & belt systems, Bearings, gearboxes, Preventive maintenance activities, Handling various coal /Power plant handling equipment
Preferred Background:
- Experience in Coal Handling Plants (CHP) Thermal Power Plants or multi-site O&M; operations
