Job Summary :-A proactive and dynamic professional responsible for driving business performance in the WC (Working Capital) and INF (Inventory Funding ) within the Transportation Group . The role involves client acquisition, portfolio management, financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination to support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Working Capital to segments within the Transportation portfolio.
- Inventory Funding to Dealers
- Identify and acquire recent clients through proactive sales initiatives.
- Conduct financial assessment, preliminary appraisal, and eligibility evaluation.
- Work closely with credit, operations, and risk teams for seamless case processing.
- Drive revenue growth through crossselling transport-related financial solutions.




- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare MIS, performance reports, and portfolio health dashboards.
- Support strategic initiatives for E4-level responsibilities and team coordination.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (relevant specialization preferred)

Experience :

- Minimum 2 years of banking experience
- Experience in Sales / Relationship Management
- Exposure to Working Capital, SME, Infra, Transport finance preferred

Technical Skills (Preferred):

- Working Capital products knowledge / Sales Experience
- MS Excel, MIS reporting
