- Provide technical support for infrastructure issues on Linux systems, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues that impact application performance or availability.
- Develop automation scripts using Python to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues using tools like Bash, Python, and NoSQL databases.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in Infrastructure Support Engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and principles.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems (Unix) and ability to work comfortably at the command line.
