JOB DESCRIPTION

- Fulfillment of dispatch schedules.
- Active participation in troubleshooting shop-floor issues.
- Coordinating with other departments for routine operations.
- Reporting to the Production Manager on:
- Daily production and wastage status.
- Weekly production performance.
- Day-to-day activities.

Safety, Compliance & Standards

- Implementing and monitoring FSMS, EHS, IMS, and 5S practices.
- Engaging the team to achieve safety and EHS targets.
- Ensuring proper use of PPEs across the department and factory.
- Highlighting shortcomings related to EHS/IMS and taking corrective actions.




- Addressing unsafe conditions promptly to restore safety.

Leadership & Discipline

- Training, monitoring, and controlling the work of supervisors, officers, and staff.
- Taking disciplinary actions against non-performers.
- Providing guidance to QA personnel and production officers to ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Desired competency.
- Good Communication and presentation skills.
- Should poses good Production Planning skills.
- Good Team building and leadership skills
- Thorough Knowledge of biscuit production
- Knowledge of EHS and IMS standards
