Role Summary

The CSD Manager will be responsible for end-to-end customer service, project documentation, commercial compliance, ERP execution, and cross-functional coordination. The role ensures projects are executed as per Purchase Order (PO), approved timelines, cost targets, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure project execution strictly as per approved PO, BOQ, and Job Confirmation (JC).
- Maintain strict cost adherence as per approved NVA.
- Manage complete project documentation, including Daily DPRs, ensuring timely submission to customers.
- Coordinate submission and approval of GA Drawings, Shop Drawings, Anchor Bolt (AB) Drawings, and Reaction Data.
- Ensure all customer communication is conducted through official email with proper documentation.
- Track project timelines and coordinate with internal departments for on-time execution.
- Obtain required approvals from Department Heads and MD for commercial deviations and Job Confirmations.
- Ensure all project activities, including material indents, are processed through the ERP system.




- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Planning, Procurement, Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications Experience

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 10 12 years of experience in Customer Service, Project Coordination.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the PEB industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and project documentation.
