Generative AI Engineer - Zensar Technologies - Immediate Only

We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with 5+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Semantic Search, and AI-powered automation platforms.

Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build AI copilots, virtual assistants, and intelligent workflow automation platforms.
- Develop and optimize LLM, RAG, Semantic Search, and Multi-Agent architectures.
- Build scalable AI services and microservices using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Implement vector search and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Integrate OpenAI/Azure OpenAI and other foundation models into business applications.
- Develop secure REST APIs and cloud-native AI applications.
- Improve prompt engineering, inference optimization, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure AI governance,



security, compliance, monitoring, and observability standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in Software Development / AI Engineering.
- Robust expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.
- Working knowledge of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face.
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS.
- Knowledge of Semantic Search, Embeddings, Prompt Engineering, AI Evaluation.
- Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
- Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps.

Preferred:

- Experience building enterprise AI Copilots and Agentic AI platforms.
- Background in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, Fraud, Disputes, or Customer Service domains.
- Experience in enterprise search, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
