- Design and develop manufacturing processes for electronic components, including wiring harnesses, cables, and connectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production methods, improve quality, and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing procedures, specifications, and test plans.
- Troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-16 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of fiber optics, cables, connectors, and other electronic components.
- Experience with designing and developing manufacturing processes using various methods (e.g., lean manufacturing).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
