Key Responsibilities

- Sign up schools for SIP Abacus programs.
- Conduct school presentations and conduct presentations for current and existing parents to promote SIP Abacus programs.
- Manage and support Franchisees.
- Handle both B2B and B2C sales.
- Achieve sales targets and expand business in the assigned territory.

Other Requirements

Willing to travel extensively Coochbehar to Malda including hills like Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Kurseong and entire state of Sikkim.

Willingness to work on weekends.

Skills :

Strong public speaking, presentation skills and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Ability to multi-task and meet targets.



Team handling experience preferred.

Eligibility

Education : UG: Any Graduation PG MBA (preferred)

Experience : 2 5 years in Sales Marketing. Experience in education/institutional sales is an added advantage.

Languages : Must English, Hindi Bengali Preferred: Basic Nepali
