Job Summary
Pragati Orchids International School is seeking an engaging and experienced Social Studies Teacher to join our faculty. Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons covering History, Geography, and Civics in alignment with the school's curriculum.
Classroom Management: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
Assessment & Feedback: Design diverse assessments (quizzes, research projects, map work,
and exams) to evaluate student understanding and provide constructive feedback.
Interactive Learning: Utilize modern teaching aids and technology to make abstract concepts relatable.
Community Engagement: Participate in school events and parent-teacher meetings, maintaining open lines of communication regarding student progress.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in a relevant subject (History, Geography, or Political Science).
Certification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school setting.
