We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through non-voice support channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
- Document customer interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




- Meet individual and team performance metrics.

Eligibility:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience is preferred (freshers may apply if eligible).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Job Details:

- Location: Site A40
- Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (including graveyard shifts)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Working Hours: 10 hours per shift
