Position Overview : As a Sterling Integrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Sterling Integrator platform, which is used for B2B (Business-to-Business) integration and data transformation within our organization. Your role involves configuring, deploying, and optimizing Sterling Integrator solutions to streamline business processes, facilitate data exchange with external partners, and ensure seamless integration across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Platform Configuration:

- Configure Sterling Integrator components, including business processes, maps, trading partner agreements, and communication protocols, to support various integration requirements.
- Customize and extend Sterling Integrator functionality through the development of custom services, adapters, and business process rules as needed.

1. Integration Development:

- Design and develop integration solutions using Sterling Integrator to facilitate the exchange of data between internal systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and external trading partners (e.g., suppliers, customers).
- Implement data transformation and mapping logic to ensure data consistency and compatibility between different systems and formats (e.g., EDI, XML, JSON).

- Onboard new trading partners onto the Sterling Integrator platform by establishing communication channels, defining data exchange protocols, and configuring partner-specific integration settings.
- Manage trading partner relationships, including monitoring data exchanges, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with partner agreements and SLAs.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

- Monitor the performance and health of Sterling Integrator services and interfaces, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data validation errors, and connectivity issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues promptly.

- Implement security measures and access controls within Sterling Integrator to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience (3-6 years)



in Sterling Integrator administration and development, with hands-on experience configuring and deploying integration solutions.
- Proficiency in Sterling Integrator components and modules, including Business Process Modeling (BPML), Map Editor, Partner Manager, and Adapter Framework.
- Solid understanding of B2B integration concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., EDI, AS2, FTP, SFTP).
- Experience with data transformation and mapping tools (e.g., Gentran, GIS) and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Perl) for customization and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex integration issues and implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of security principles and best practices for securing integration environments and data exchanges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
