Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain records of sales activities in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust negotiation and convincing ability
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus)
- Prior sales experience is a plus (not mandatory for freshers)
